Information Regarding the Protection and Processing of Personal Data In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, the rights granted to individuals defined as data subjects in the Personal Data Protection Law include the right to “learn whether personal data is being processed, request information if personal data has been processed, learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are being used for their intended purpose, know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or internationally, request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrect, and request that such corrections be communicated to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred, object to the emergence of a result against them through automated systems analyzing their data exclusively, and request the compensation of damages in case of harm due to the unlawful processing of personal data.”<\/p>\n

If the data subject submits their application to us in accordance with the procedure, we will respond to the relevant request free of charge within the shortest time and no later than 30 (thirty) days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the processing of the request requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.<\/p>\n
